Accessibility
Our commitment to making AI training accessible to everyone.
Our Commitment
Workplace AI Institute is committed to ensuring that our website and learning platform are accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level, and we continuously work to improve the accessibility of our digital experience.
What We Do
We have taken the following steps to support accessibility across our website and course platform.
- Keyboard navigation. All interactive elements, including menus, forms, and course content, can be accessed and operated using a keyboard alone.
- Screen reader support. We use semantic HTML, ARIA labels, and descriptive link text to ensure compatibility with screen readers and other assistive technologies.
- Color contrast. Text and interactive elements meet WCAG AA contrast ratios to ensure readability for users with low vision or color vision deficiencies.
- Text resizing. Our pages are designed to remain functional and readable when text is resized up to 200% in the browser.
- Alternative text. Images and visual elements include descriptive alt text so that screen reader users can understand the content being conveyed.
- Focus indicators. Visible focus indicators are provided for interactive elements so keyboard users can track their position on the page.
Known Limitations
While we work toward full compliance, some areas of our platform are still being improved. These include older course content that may not yet have complete alt text for all images, and certain interactive elements within our learning management system that are being updated for improved keyboard and screen reader support. We are actively addressing these items.
Assistive Technology Compatibility
Our website and learning platform are designed to be compatible with current versions of the following assistive technologies.
- JAWS and NVDA screen readers on Windows
- VoiceOver on macOS and iOS
- TalkBack on Android
- Browser zoom and text-only zoom features

Third-Party Content
Our website may include links to third-party websites and services, such as payment processors and analytics providers. While we choose partners who share our commitment to accessibility, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of content or functionality on external sites.
